I wrote this a few years ago for Pastor Appreciation:
The Pastor's job is.....
Proclaim the Word of the Lord for all to hear
Admonish sinners to repent and turn to God
Shepherd the flock God has placed in his care
Teach the saints to follow the Lord
Obey the commands of God
Revere the Lord in all he says and does.
